Gyuto
The Gyuto (chef's) knife - written in Japanese as 牛刀包丁 (ぎゅうとう) and pronounced Gyūtō Bōchō.
Literally translated, "Gyu" means cow (as in "Wagyu") and "To" means blade, so the Gyuto knife could be called a "cow blade".
