How do I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order in advance by credit card (Mastercard, Visa), PayPal or advance payment by bank transfer.

If you choose to pay by credit card, payment is not initiated. Why?
The credit card and PayPal systems have a security system where you have to authorise the payment.

Do you deliver knives abroad?
When you complete your order, please provide us with the address to which you would like to receive the knife package. We at Knajfa will arrange delivery of your parcel, even to other countries. It is important that you provide us with accurate information for the successful delivery of your knives. The cost of delivery in Slovenia or abroad is to be paid by the customer, unless otherwise specified by promotions and other campaigns.
The delivery fee is EUR 5 within Slovenia and EUR 18 outside Slovenia.

Can I buy gift cards for knives?
We understand that buying a knife is a choice for the individual and their kitchen needs, but it is also a great gift. Gift cards are available in different denominations and can be purchased by clicking on the link https://knajfi.com/products/gift-card. The voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. For more information, please contact us at info@knajfi.com and we will be happy to help you.

Can we buy as a legal entity?
Yes. If you are purchasing the knife as a legal entity, please indicate this during the purchase process (in the costumer details) and the invoice will read as a legal person.
