The General Terms and Conditions of Business govern and define the mutual rights and obligations of the Provider and the Purchaser of the Products.

Payments are accepted only in euros (€), prices of individual items are also shown in euros.

Payments can be made by the following payment methods:

  • Paypal,
  • debit and credit cards,
  • advance payment by bank transfer.

Once the costumer confirms the order, they will receive the details for payment by bank transfer. The amount to be paid is indicated in the invoice sent to the customer's e-mail address. The order is active for two days from the date of the order. If we do not receive payment for the invoice issued within two days, the order will be automatically cancelled.

Prices are fixed and shown in euros. The price includes 22 % VAT.

The company reserves the right to change the prices of products without prior notice. All customs taxes or any customs procedures are the responsibility of the costumers.

The published price list is valid from the date of publication, i.e. 8th of June 2022.


The dealer may publish special promotional codes by email or on social networks for promotional purposes. All codes are time-limited and must be used within a certain time limit, after which they are void. Only one promotional code can be used by the customer for his/her purchase, the codes are not to be  with each other and cannot be exchanged for anything else.

The promotional or promotional code can be used at the end of the purchase. The value of the code will be automatically deducted from the total amount of the order and you will be required to pay the remaining balance.


Order process:

Click on the "Add to basket" icon to add the product to your basket. The basket allows you to view the quantity selected, the price of each product, the total price if more than one product is added, the postage and VAT. If you have a discount code, you can enter it and confirm it by clicking on the "Apply" button. Under the products or order you have ordered, you can see the delivery charge, the total price of the order including VAT, the amount of tax and the final amount to pay for what you have ordered. In the corresponding boxes, select the payment method (cash on delivery, cash on delivery, credit card, Paypal). After entering the details, confirm the selected payment type and the delivery method of the product. You will then receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. Within 24 hours on the next working day, the package will be dispatched by courier to the address you provided when entering your details. tries to ensure that your information is correct and up-to-date, but if you choose a knife that is not in stock at any given time, we will cancel your order or exchange the product you ordered.

Communication between the customer and Knajfi is by e-mail or telephone, and the sales contract comes into effect after the website sends the customer an e-mail confirming the order.

Before delivering the package to the courier service, the customer has the right to cancel the whole or parts of the order by e-mail or telephone at no additional cost. Once the package has been delivered to the courier service, the order can no longer be modified or cancelled. If the courier service authorises the cancellation of the collection and forwarding of the package to the customer, the transport costs already incurred and any costs incurred by the cancellation shall be borne by the customer.


The forwarding of parcels shall be carried out by the contracted courier services DPD, GLS, DHL or TNT.

Orders shall be forwarded to the costumer during working days within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt of the order. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be handed over to the courier on the next working day.

Postage costs are borne by the costumer € 5 in Slovenia and € 18 outside Slovenia. The costumer will be notified of the tracking number of the parcel within 24 hours (weekdays) after payment of the order.

If the parcel is not delivered due to the customer's fault (the customer has given a wrong postal address, has not cancelled the shipment or has not arranged for the parcel to be collected) and the order has been sent back to Knajfi, the customer is responsible for all delivery costs on both sides (forwarding and return). If the customer wishes to receive the parcel, he/she has to pay the costs of re-delivery.

The customer is liable for any charges in countries outside the EU.


The Customer has the right to return unused Products within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the Product(s). Returned Products and Product packaging must be in the same condition as when received. In this case, payment will be refunded to the Customer within 30 days of the return of the product. The customer must pay the return costs himself. The packaging of the product must be undamaged and the product must not show signs of use.

If the product you are returning is no longer in perfect condition (the product has been used or damaged by the customer), the payment will not be refunded to the customer.

A refund for a lost parcel will only be issued after the courier service has officially declared that the parcel is considered lost.


The Company undertakes to treat all data obtained in the process of providing the service with professional secrecy and not to disclose the data to unauthorised third parties.


The Customer and the Company shall resolve any disputes amicably, failing which the Ljubljana court shall have jurisdiction to resolve disputes.


The Company reserves the right to make changes and errors in brochures, catalogues and price lists which do not directly affect the product itself. The pictures are symbolic, therefore it is not necessary that you will receive a knife that is identical to the photo on our website.

We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior warning or notice.
