CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER

Each order is delivered to the courier service within 24 hours during the working day, so it is important that you contact us as soon as possible. In the event of an unprocessed order, we will refund the full amount of the purchase price. In the case of an order already placed with a courier service, we will charge you for the cost of sending and returning the parcel. We will refund the difference of the purchase price of the knife.
