When can I expect my order to be delivered?
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours during weekdays and delivered to the address indicated at the time of order completion, which is expected to take 1-4 working days (within the EU) or 2-8 working days (outside the EU). You will receive a notification once the courier service has collected the parcel, together with the tracking number of the parcel.

What delivery options do you offer?
We are delivered by reliable delivery partners with economy and express delivery options.

What is the delivery price?
The price for delivery within Slovenia is EUR 5. The price for delivery abroad is EUR 18. The delivery price for each package will be displayed when you complete your order, once you have entered all the necessary details.

How do I receive my order?
You will receive your order by courier to the address you specify when you place your order. Delivery is carried out by reliable contractual partners (DPD, GLS, DHL, TNT).

Is it safe to send knives by courier?
Knife delivery with our contract partner is completely safe. Each parcel has a tracking number and you can check the whereabouts of your parcel at any time. Each parcel is carefully packed and secured, ready to make its way to you.

Can I choose a different delivery address than the one I provided when entering my personal details?
The delivery address and the payer address you provided when you placed your order may be different.

When can I incur additional charges for my order?

  • When the costumer is in a country outside the EU, the costs of duties (customs and tax duties) are to be paid by the costumer and not by Liwas Ltd, as these vary from country to country.
  • In the event of a return, the customer must bear all costs incurred in returning the product (courier service).
  • If the parcel is not delivered due to the customer's fault (the customer has given a wrong postal address, has not cancelled the delivery or has not arranged for the parcel to be collected) and the order has been sent back to Knajfi, the customer is responsible for all delivery costs (forwarding and return of the parcel). If the customer wishes to receive the parcel, he/she must pay for the delivery of the parcel again.
  • If the customer cancels the order, but it has already been collected by the courier service and the delivery and related costs have already been incurred, these will be paid by the customer.


We recommend that you inspect the parcel immediately. Please take photographs to substantiate any complaints and send them to info@knajfi.com together with an explanation. Please do not accept damaged or opened parcels.

If you find that a parcel is damaged on collection, you must immediately ask the delivery service courier to complete a form stating that the parcel was damaged on delivery.
