COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS
PRODUCT CHANGE
The consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods that he or she wishes to exchange the product, without giving a reason for his or her decision. The return is deemed to be timely if it is delivered within the time limit and in its original condition or undamaged.
The goods must be returned to the company no later than 30 days from the date of the cancellation notice. The costumer shall bear the cost of sending the package from his address to the dealer's address. We will replace the product and send it to the costumer at the costumer's expense.
We will only replace the product if the outer and inner packaging of the product is not damaged. The product itself must not be damaged, dirty, scuffed or show any signs of use.
We recommend that you protect the product when you send it, as it may be damaged in transit. Pack it in a cardboard box, not in an envelope. You can send the product back in the cardboard box in which you received it. In the unfortunate event that the returned product is damaged, we will not be able to replace it. The package must be accompanied by an invoice, otherwise we will not be able to replace the product. We will only consider returned products if the above requirements are met. Products must be sent to Dolenjska cesta 274, 1291 Škofljica, Slovenia.
COMPLAINT AND REFUND
In the event of a fault with the goods, we can arrange for a replacement in the form of a gift voucher. You also have the right to request a replacement delivery.
In the event of a claim for an order on which a discount code or promotional code has been used, these funds will be taken into account as a discount and will not be refunded to the user. Only the amount paid will be refunded to the user's TRR (Bank account) or other means of payment. The gift voucher shall be considered as means of payment upon withdrawal and the amount shall be refunded to the user in the form of a new gift voucher. In the case of a prize draw, the prize won is under no circumstances payable or refundable to the account.
If the defect cannot be rectified, the costumer has the right to return the ordered products to the supplier within 30 days of receipt of the products. The costs of return shall be covered by the costumer. The costumer must notify the dealer of the intention to return the Products within 15 days of receipt of the Products by contacting the dealer by e-mail at info@knajfi.com or by telephone at +386 51 279 998, and return the Products to the registered office of the dealer within the following 15 days.
Refunds or exchanges are only possible once the returned products have been collected by the supplier.
We will inform you in writing by email about the progress of your complaint, in particular whether it has been accepted, resolved or rejected. Important instructions for returning items:
When returning the goods to the dealer, please include a copy of the invoice.

We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track your shipment and that you prepare the items properly for transport (you can use the original packaging or other suitable secure packaging).
Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the Sender is always responsible for the cost of returning the parcel. We do not accept parcels with a ransom note.
