Liwas d.o.o. (Liwas Ltd.) is committed to respecting and protecting your privacy. This policy is the basis for the processing of your personal data that we will receive from you or that you provide to us when you visit our website or make a purchase. The Knajfi online shop operates in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act ZVOP-1. We undertake to protect the personal data obtained from you carefully.

The trader undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of the online shop. The personal data collected will be used exclusively for the provision of the services we offer. Liwas d.o.o. respects the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of the users of the online shop, and we will take all necessary measures to protect them from any violations and misuse.   • COOKIES AND IP ADDRESSES

Liwas d.o.o. assigns a cookie to each user at the start of each use of the online shop to identify them, monitor their shopping basket and ensure traceability. Knajfi may also store on the user's personal computer the user's identification number in encrypted form for identification the next time the user visits the online shop or reviews items. Knajfi may use this information in anonymised summed up form for statistical analysis purposes. For the purposes of ensuring online security, Knajfi also collects the IP addresses from which users access the online shop.

We will only provide the delivery service (e.g. DPD, GLS, DHL, TNT) with the information necessary for the delivery (recipient's details and delivery address). We will contact the user by e-mail if this is necessary to complete the purchase in the online shop, and by contact telephone number only if there are problems during the registration or purchase process in the online shop.

Persons employed by Liwas d.o.o. on a regular or paid basis who have access to personal and other data of users are aware of the duty to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the online shop. The obligation to protect personal and other data shall apply indefinitely, even after the termination of the relationship with our company.

Registered users may stop using the Online Shop at any time and may cancel their registration. They can do so by notifying the cancellation of their registration in writing. Before cancelling the registration, the user must settle any outstanding obligations arising from purchases made in the online shop.
