PRO·M Integrated kitchen knife with rim

This knife is designed mainly for professionals. It is ergonomically shaped so you won’t feel tired if you use it for a longer time. Its rounded form gives you a soft impression. It’s integrated with an elegant line from the blade to the handle. As the sword guard and blade are combined into a single piece, there's no need to be concerned about rusting due to moisture.

Sharpness:
The blade is refined to a clam-edged finish, similar to a Japanese katana. This not only guarantees its sharpness and durability, but also makes it easier to re-sharpen.

Heat treatment: The sub-zero process is a special treatment that hardens the knife to such a degree that it remains unyielding and sharp. This is achieved by cooling it to temperatures below minus seventy degrees.

The knife possesses an elegant and natural style, featuring an eco-friendly material, fortified with resin, for the handle. This material outperforms traditional reinforced wood, even when sterilised by boiling or in a dishwasher. The seamless integration of the handle and the blade eliminates any gaps, preventing any moisture penetration. Unlike traditional knives that use metal components in the handle that are prone to rust, the PRO·M model utilises 18-8 stainless steel, ensuring its durability over time.
